Pennsylvania’s response to COVID-19, commonly called coronavirus, is designed to limit the spread of this disease. The most up-to-date information about COVID-19 in Pennsylvania can be found at health.pa.gov.

Below is some information you may find helpful.

The federal government is taking steps to delay the Oct. 1 deadline for REAL ID. REAL ID will be needed to enter federal courthouses and take a commercial flight without a passport. We are awaiting more information from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

The Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority and federal Small Business Administration are both offering low-interest loans to businesses of various sizes. A good starting point is your local Certified Economic Development Organization, which can be found here

Workers whose livelihood has been affected may be eligible for unemployment. Information about unemployment claims can be found here

The statewide opening day for trout fishing is now April 18. Classes for hunter-trapper education have been canceled through April 30.

All PennDOT driver’s license and photo license centers are closed.

The Capitol Complex in Harrisburg is closed to the public. Additionally, my district office is closed to walk-in visitors. We welcome calls and emails.
