Happy Holidays!

My wife, Linda, and I would like to extend the warmest of holiday wishes to you and your family. May you have a wonderful and safe season that is full of peace and cheer.

Linda and I have certainly been very busy getting into the holiday spirit this year, and I wanted to take a moment to share some of the Christmas magic with you!

This 20-foot tree adorns the main rotunda of the Capitol and is decorated with ornaments made by seniors and young students from across the Commonwealth.

I visited Santa at HersheyPark with Gov. Josh Shapiro, PA Agriculture Sec. Russell Redding and PA State Veterinarian Dr. Alex Hamburg, to announce that his reindeer are healthy and cleared for flight on Christmas Eve!

When Linda and I visited Santa in Derry Township, I tried to butter-up Santa; hopefully it worked and I see some extra presents in my stocking!

I thought after buttering him up in Derry I could try convincing Santa to let me ride along with him on Christmas night. He had just told me no in this photo.

Linda and I tried to get pictures at all the beautiful tree lightings we visited throughout the 106th.

When Blitzen saw the governor, he must have thought he was in trouble because he started running!

In Hummelstown, our grandson, Caden, had joined us to see the lights.

My district office hours may be limited due to the holidays. Please call ahead if you need assistance during this time.

Also, PennDOT Driver License Centers will be closed Saturday, Dec. 23, and Monday, Dec. 25, for Christmas; and Saturday, Dec. 30, and Monday, Jan. 1, 2024, for New Year’s Day. Customers may still obtain a variety of driver and vehicle products and services online through PennDOT’s Driver and Vehicle Services website, www.dmv.pa.gov.
