Legislative Updates Available at Mehaffie Ice Cream Social

HERSHEY – Rolled ice cream will be available for those attending Rep. Tom Mehaffie’s “Ice Cream & Issues” legislative update Thursday, May 23.

Mehaffie (R-Dauphin) will share information about his bills moving through the Pennsylvania General Assembly during the event scheduled from 1 to 3 p.m. in the South Hanover Township Amphitheater at 161 Patriot Way, Hershey.

“We’re headed into the Legislature’s busiest season, which is when we negotiate and finalize the state’s budget,” Mehaffie said. “I’m anticipating a number of hot-button issues will come before us lawmakers, so this free event will give me a chance to share information and hear directly from constituents of the 106th District.”

Attendees are asked to pre-register so that Sweet & Salty Handcrafted Rolled Ice Cream can prepare servings. Please call 717-534-1323 to indicate your choice among five flavors.
