HARRISBURG – In support of adults and children with medical conditions like autism, the House of Representatives today passed Rep. Tom Mehaffie’s House Bill 19 to create professional licensure for those practicing applied behavior analysis.

Committee Lends Support to Mehaffie’s Better Access to Treatment Act

HARRISBURG – The House Professional Licensure Committee today unanimously agreed to send House Bill 19 to the full House for its consideration, setting up the possibility of legislative approval of a measure that would allow applied behavior analysts to seek professional licensure in Pennsylvania.

Mehaffie, Tomlinson, Nurses to Promote Patient Safety Act
